1. Promotional Period

Last Purchase Date: March 31, 2026

2. Eligibility

This promotion is valid only for new patients prescribed Librela and Solensia by a licensed veterinarian during the promotional period.

Participants must meet all eligibility criteria as determined by Zoetis.

This is not an end-customer promotion. Veterinary clinics must first register and then submit claims on behalf of eligible patients.

4. Promotion Details

Zoetis will reimburse the cost of Librela and Solensia for eligible patients as part of this promotion.

Reimbursement is limited to doses 2 and 3 for new patients only.

Important: Zoetis will only cover the reimbursement of the medication. Customers will not be reimbursed for shipping, injection/administration fees, or any other costs associated with the purchase or administration of the medication.


5. Limitations

The promotion is limited to one reimbursement of doses 2 & 3, per patient.
There is a cap of 300 new patients per product.
The cap for rebated injections is set at 600 per product.

Once this tally is reached, further claims may be rejected. Zoetis will notify participating clinics as the total approaches this limit.
Offer valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotional period, whichever comes first.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or claims submitted via Benamic for Zoetis patient trial promotions. This restriction does not conflict with, or limit, any existing commercial rebates or cashback offers that clinics may already receive from Zoetis.

6. Reimbursement Process

Veterinary clinics must submit a valid proof of purchase and any required documentation within 14 days of the purchase.

Reimbursement will be processed after verification and may take up to 2 weeks.

Claims must be submitted by clinics on behalf of patients at https://oapainnewpatient.com/, not by individual pet owners.

7. Validation Criteria

To avoid misunderstandings or complaints, all validation criteria are listed below. Claims will only be processed if all criteria are met:

Veterinary Registration:

  • Clinic name
    • VAT ID number
    • Clinic phone number
    • Clinic contact name
    • Clinic/contact email address
    • Verification documents (e.g., professional license, registration certificate)
    • Company bank details (central head office or individual clinics)

Patient Claims:

  • Patient number/ID
    • Name and/or pet name
    • Product name (Librela and Solensia)
    • Date of injection
    • Number of doses (2 or 3)
    • Proof of purchase / receipt documents

General Validation:

  • Vet is registered and approved
    • Patient data is complete
    • Uploaded documents meet requirements
    • Pet ID has not been used before
    • Correct number of doses
    • Discount has been applied

8. Audit Rights

Zoetis reserves the right to audit Pet IDs after the promotional period ends to verify that only new patients were administered the product.

9. Data Processor

The Promoter uses the services of Benamic Unlimited Company, IDA Business & Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny (acting as a data processor) as a fulfilment agency to assist in administering the Promotion and verifying and fulfilling claims in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Adverse Event Reporting

Please contact Zoetis for any adverse event reporting related to the use of Zoetis products.

11. General Conditions

Zoetis reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

Fraudulent claims will be disqualified.

By participating, clinics agree to these Terms and Conditions.
